Work in progress – Hampton by Hilton, River House, Dublin City Centre

The development work has kicked off to a fantastic start at River House Dublin City Centre. Demolition has now been completed and the team are rapidly moving to the next stage.

The River House building is a very prominent site in Dublin as it is known as the former motor tax office. The building was redundant for many years and was in desperate need of an uplift and to serve a purpose. JMK group are proud to be working on such a well-known site based in the heart of Dublin City and to create wider benefits to the community such as employment and economic sustainability whilst adding value to the local area itself.
